Here is my embarrassing rd8 effort.

I had the initial slight edge but managed to misplay the position in horrific fashion.

Position 1
Black has the bishop pair but white is threatening f4-f5 and then possibly g4-g5 when black would be under pressure on the kingside. How should black respond?
