After 39..Rbb7(Diagram)

I started with a promising position from the opening and let my advantage slip away. Somewhere along the line I fell in love with the idea of making a positional exchange sacrifice and reached this position.

White has good compensation for the exchange and attacks the weak a-pawn. However, the Nc4 is also securing the nice Be5 so taking the a5-pawn is out of the question for now.

I looked for a way to set up a Q+B battery on the a1-h8 diagonal to attack the kingside on the weak dark squares but could not make it work. I really needs a good plan now and did not succeed in finding one in the game.

White do you recommend for White?
