BTCh 2018-19 Rd4

I contributed a win for MTK IV as board 1 but the match was lost. Overall not a good day for MTK with two losses and a tie

The scheduled trip got off to a small surprise as the commuter train service as suspended(which was a surprise to me) but was aptly substituted for with replacement buses. I met up with a couple of teammates and off we went to the middle of nowhere

After 21..Bd7(diagram)

White has the better knight, a nice pawn centre and the bishop pair with the queen ready to go to the kingside

What do you recommend for White?
