MTK lost narrowly to Siralyi 4.5-3-5. Our top boards did well but we had no luck on the lower boards.
The Monday league Team Ch consists of an 8-board and 6-board championship but is unrated. This is a unique feature of Hungarian chess which allows players to get additional practice in a more casual environment but nevertheless, each match is taken very seriously.

I contributed a win in an attacking game. After 34..Kh7(diagram) Black quickly resigned as I was checking to make sure that 35.Bxg6+ was the correct way to win.
