The game started with an English Opening but then transposed to a Sicilian Kan where I don’t have much experience. I managed to get the bishops and the central files but then failed to make the most from a small advantage after some accurate defence

Black has some counterplay while White has little to work with.

What do you recommend for White to get the most from the position?
