Conventional positional logic suggests that White should play on the dark squares and black on the light squares. Black’s minor pieces are slightly passive but there are no obvious weaknesses. White has more space but the doubled c-pawns are not really weak.

The Positional Advantage in Rook Endings
One type of structural advantage is fewer pawn islands. Pawns can also be isolated, doubled or just easy to attack.
Here is a nice example of multiple types of pawn weaknesses with equal material in double rook ending.

The games I have been through so far are quite hard to follow and require patient work to go through the comments.
The title of the book really has nothing much to do with the content.
I suppose you could read this book for fun but it is better suited to those who want to work seriously on gaining a deeper understanding.
